We are so excited to be holding another workshop at PDX Strength! This will be a 5 week series, held Mondays from 7:30-8:30pm, focused on perfecting your technique of the "Slow Lifts". This workshop is limited to the first 8 athletes that sign up. 

Class 1 -  Back Squat
Class 2 - Bench Press
Class 3 - Deadlift
Class 4 - Overhead Press
Class 5 - Back Squat
