Tim has been training to improve performance in sports (and life) for over 20 years! Jackie has been around sports her whole life and has an inherent understanding of performance. Together, we have the taken the journey from fat couch potatoes to lean, strong athletes!
How we'll get down to business
RBBF offers one-on-one or small group personal training in inner-SE Portland, and St. Johns. Sessions are typically one hour and include a warm-up and a workout. We work with many clients who consult with us once every week or two, while working-out on their own several times per week. This structure is a great option for those with schedule or geography challenges.
